Eczema is a skin disease that troubles you more with irritation. You can get any of the following types of Eczema from constant, inflammation and Eczema. It attacks skin and require you to cover the area with a bandage. Eczema happens due to consuming of food, you have not tasted earlier or from air allergy. Many people get Eczema because of the changing lifestyles and eating habits. They go for fast or Jung foods and change in diet. Better avoid processed foods, chemical used fruits and vegetables, artificial sweeteners and sugar. Instead, go for green vegetables like avocados, eggs, raw nuts from organic, flax seeds and fresh salmon. The home based remedies are easy to make and will certainly cure Eczema permanently without any side effects. There are home remedies to treat Eczema and no need to worry about side effects.

Here Are The 10 Home Remedies To Treat Eczema:

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil contains antibacterial,antioxidant, antimicrobial,and anti-fungal properties that serve to calm the tingling of the skin furthermore reduces the aggravation brought on by the eczema.

Vitamin E Oil

Apply to your skin, Vitamin E oil that contains D- alpha tocopherol. Don’t use artificial Vitamin E oil. While buying vitamin E oil, read the labels for the content or do research on the net. You can also take an opinion from a trusted sales person. Avoid at any cost vitamin E acetate.

Chamomile Tea

Chamomile tea is best for treating Eczema. Mix herbs with chamomile tea and precipitate it for 15 minutes. Apply the ferment for 20 minutes on the Eczema affected area. Try the method one or more time daily to get relief from irritation.

Aloe Vera

The aloe Vera gel is also good for Eczema. When it is mixed with vitamin E oil it gives instant and permanent relief from the disease. Gels made from fresh aloe Vera leaves are best.

Gentian Tincture

Take a few drops of gentian tincture before the diet. It helps your digestive system and remove toxins that gives irritation to you. Go for it whenever you require.

Cucumber

Cucumber is best for treating Eczema. Take an organic cucumber and cut it into small slices. Then, place the slices in water and allow it to drench for 2 hours. After two hours filter the liquid and apply it to the Eczema affected area with white or clean cloth.

Water And Herbs

Take 500ml of water in a vessel. Add it with 50 grams of herbs or horsetail plant and heat them for 10 minutes. After boiling for 10 minutes allow it to cool and filter the liquid. Then mix the liquid with the bath water you are going to take a bath.

Calendula, Marigold Flower And Lavender Oil

Make a tea from the following items; Calendula, a marigold flower, few drops of lavender oil. Apply it on the affected parts two times per day. It gives relief from persistent irritation.

Carrots

Take three or more carrots and remove the skin. Place it in water and heat till it becomes soft. After sometime take them out to make a paste. Apply the paste on the affected parts and allow it to cool for 15 minutes. Finally, wash them with cold water.

Food Grade Juniper Berry

Take a food grade juniper berry with one tablespoon of sage and thyme. Mix them with a cup of hot water. Then, allow it cool under cover. Take it before meal.
