Thus this super food can also help you lose weight besides making you healthy and energetic. Beans can be eaten as salad, soup or in your favourite pasta or pizza.

Yogurt

It is said that eat a bowl of yogurt daily and you will live for 100 years. Yogurt is an extremely good food for our health. It helps boosting our immunity, lowers the heart risk and cholesterol level. It is a good source of calcium and highly recommended super food for pregnant and breast feeding women. Dark chocolates are full of anti oxidants that lower your blood pressure. It also helps in opening clogged arteries and thus reduces heart risk. Dark chocolates also help in reducing signs of aging.
