However, people on an average have 20 teaspoons of sugar everyday. This results ultimately in obesity. Most of the sugar a person consumes is unknown as it is present in improbable foods. For example, a Hershey bar has less sugar compared to Mott’s applesauce. Similarly, the sweet present in Campbell’s bean is the same as that present in Count Cereal. Also in some foodstuffs sugar is called as corn syrup, sucrose, honey, molasses, and brown sugar and so on. Remember, you would not get rid of obesity in one single day and hence you would have to dedicate yourself towards a healthy lifestyle which includes healthy eating and exercising on a regular basis. The best way to keep obesity at bay is to include all kinds of healthy foods in your meal. Change the items in your meal everyday. This way you can experiment with a variety of dishes and also not get bored by following the same diet day in and day out and also fulfill your habit of eating variety of foods.

This info is partially outdated. Eggs are one of the best proteins available. I am suspecting your info because of your advice on eggs. Rest seems great to fairly good.
I lived in the fifties with less obesity. Exercise was not a major item and yet not as much obesity. So your advice regarding eating food out is great. We did not eat out much in the fifties. but we need to add to stop using "packages" even organic ones.
