Bruises are known in medical terms as contusion and it looks like in red, blue, or blue mark on the skin. The bruises come because of injuries, causing blood leaks to other tissues, which are under the skin. The bruises last for 12 days and cured with home remedies. It happens because of an injury, fragile skin and the symptoms are pain and inflammation in the affected area.
If you suffered an injury during exercise, the best treatment is to give ice pack on the bruises. The ice pack cover the injured area and you will not feel pain for a certain period.
Take some comfrey leaves and crush it. Mix with water to make glue. Apply the glue to the affected part for two times one by one and allow it to dry for a few minutes. Then, wash the area with warm water and try the treatment till the injury become extinct.
Get fresh parsley leaves and compress it with water to make a paste. Apply the paste on the bruises and see it disappear quickly.
Take some witch hazel leaves and put it in a bucket with hot water. Now, take a bath and you can feel enhanced blood circulation that helps to cure the injury.
Place some cabbage leaves on the bruise and it will quickly cure the bruises. Apart, from healing the injury, it also helps to reduce the swelling in the affected area.
The extracts of bilberry increase the healing process apart from increasing the level of vitamin C.
Mix in the ratio of 1; 5 of cayenne pepper and liquefied Vaseline. Make a paste out of it and apply it on the bruise.
Take some tea bags of chamomile or sage and immerse them in warm water. Then, put the tea bags on the bruise, and pain reduced.
Mix with cold water a few drops of lavender oil. Immerse a towel in the water and place it on the bruise. Lavender oil has the power to reduce swelling, while cold water will relieve you from pain.
Get some Aloe Vera leaves and make glue out of it with water. Apply the paste on the bruises you will feel freedom from pain. Aloe Vera is also available in gel form.
Immerse a cotton towel or cloth in warm water. Then, gently apply the immersed towel with some force in and around the injury and you will feel drop pain and swelling.
Take an egg and boil it for a few minutes. And strip the skin off of boiled egg. Apply the boiled egg gently on the injury and it will reduce the pain and swelling.
Drinking the Pineapple juice will reduce the swelling and pain. You can also eat it as a fresh fruit.
Take half and one tablespoon of salt and lard. Mix them well and place it on the bruise. The paste will prevent the bruise from getting darker.
Garlic naturally contains antibiotics and takes at least two or three cloves of raw garlic. This will speed up the healing process.
Take and cut an onion and place the slice of the onion on the bruise.
Eat oranges and apples as it helps you to get relief from pain and swelling. Oranges and apples contain full of citrus and vitamin C that will stimulate the skin and strengthening of veins.
Take a few drops of olive oil and add some mullein flowers to precipitate them well. Then, boil them to room temperature and apply it gently on the bruise. Quickly the bruise will fade away.
