Garlic

This household herb can be said to be a panacea for all kinds of infections. It has a strong antibiotic and antifungal nature. It has shown strong effect in removing candida. It can inhibit the growth of fungus. You can chew on two cloves of garlic every day to cure candida.

In case of vaginitis you can insert a peeled clove of garlic into the vagina. This will keep the yeast in check and help antifungal drugs to work on the fungi better and kill them within a few days.

Echinacea

This herb is being used since ancient times to boost immunity. You need strong immune power to fight the infection be it a superficial infection or a systemic one.

You can do it with Echinacea. You can take 1gm of Echinacea supplement divided into 5 doses daily.

Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil is a natural antibiotic and antifungal agent. You can use it to treat fungal infection. Mixing some vitamin e oil to it will make it an even potent antifungal agent.

If your toe, finger nail or the foot has caught fungus then first clean the area with some warm water and soak the area dry. Take a bit of tea tree oil and vitamin E mixture and rub on the area. It will heal within a few days.

Dandelion

Dandelion is a antibacterial and antifungal herb. It is also somewhat analgesic in nature. It can be used quite effectively to treat athelete’s foot.

For atheletes foot you can soak your feet in a warm bath containing dandelion root extract. With regular use this will cure athelete’s foot.

Goldenseal

The roots of goldenseal herb have medicinal properties. It is a good antibacterial and antifungal agent.

The root is often used to treat skin conditions such as foot fungus, candidiasis etc. You can take goldenseal root extract on a regular basis.
