Captain’s chair is a good machine that works on your abs and makes them flatter and stronger. More specifically, it uses the lower body weight for shaping up the abs. For using this machine, first you need to sit properly on the chair and place the feet on the feet rests.

Now, holding the handrails tightly, push your body against the backrest. At the same time, you should remove your feet from the feet rests and move your knees towards your chest. Hold the position for few seconds and go back to the original position.

Cable Machines

Cable machines usually have sliding pulleys that can be pushed up and down. You can also use the equipment for toning your abs. Start by attaching handle of the machine to a chest high level. Now, opt for a firm position and pull it towards the direction where the handle is attached.

Ensure that your hands overlap, while doing this exercise and your lower body remains still. Stay in this position for few seconds and thereafter, go back to the original position slowly.

Torso Twist Machine

This is another great equipment that a woman can consider for getting flatter abs.  Start by placing your chest against the pads. Now, hold the handles tightly and move the lower part of your body in the right direction. Now, take rest for few seconds and push your body in the opposite direction.
