Although hops are better known for their role in beer brewing, it is also known to act as a sleeping aid when taken in the form of herbal tea.[4] The antispasmodic effect of hops helps in relaxing the muscles that helps in overcoming muscle tension that prevents you from falling asleep. 5. Coconut Water
