Take 4 tsp of baking soda and add enough lemon juice to it. The baking soda scrubs away the stains from your teeth. However do not be too regular with this. You can do these three times in a week. Just mix the baking soda and lemon juice together and rub your teeth with it. You can use a toothbrush to do so. Gargle in 2 minutes once you have rubbed  your teeth well with the paste. Lemon juice is a natural bleach and it helps you to lighten the color of your teeth naturally.

3. Coconut Oil

If you wonder why god created coconuts,  you should be thankful to him. Coconut oil works brilliantly on your teeth. It will help you to whiten your teeth. All you need to do mix the coconut oil with 2 tsp of baking soda. Put it on a brush and brush your teeth with this for 2 minutes. Do this thrice in a week and you will see visible results. You might not love the taste of it in your mouth. However the results are amazing!

4. Apple Cider Vinegar And Water

We are amazed to see the benefits of apple cider vinegar. It is really nice to see what apple cider vinegar can do to your health in a good way! Just mix some water with the apple cider vinegar and rub your teeth with this mixture. If you do this four times in a week, your teeth stains will go away and you will get whiter and prettier teeth. 5. Hydrogen Peroxide

Mix the hydrogen peroxide with some baking soda. Now make sure you are using very little of both. Use a toothbrush to rub your teeth with this paste. Rinse it off in 3 minutes. You only need 2 tbsp of the hydrogen peroxide and 1 tbsp of the baking soda. This will help you a lot! This is one of the most popular home remedies for teeth whitening.
