Ginger

With its medicinal properties, ginger is very useful in getting rid of various digestive disorders such as acidity, stomach pain and gas. Ginger can be consumed in various forms. Having fresh ginger juice in the mornings helps in curing digestive problems.

Having ginger juice mixed with lemon and honey can also help in curing indigestion. Chewing on a piece of fresh ginger can help in releasing gas problems. Alternatively mixing ginger and a pinch of rock salt and drinking it every day will rid you of various digestive disorders.

Water

Water is very important for our body. Drinking a lot of water is important to stay away from various digestive disorders and to remain healthy. Drinking enough water everyday can also help you in correcting the problem of constipation.

Drinking warm water too is very helpful. It not only helps in digestion, but also cleans the stomach and detoxifies it.  Warm water also gets rid of stomach cramps and heartburns.

Herbal Tea

Drinking herbal tea is good for your digestive system. Herbal tea like Green Tea, Ginger Tea, Chamomile Tea and Peppermint Tea are good for controlling some digestive problems like bloating of stomach and an upset stomach.

Normal tea with a dash of lemon, but without the milk can help in healing the condition of diarrhea. However, if you stick to herbal tea, it also helps in curing other forms of digestive disorders. This is also a healthier option.

Gooseberry

Gooseberry taken in any form will help to get rid of various digestive disorders. For example, taking dry gooseberry powder and a little black salt with warm water will cure every digestive disorder that you have.

You can also eat gooseberries in the raw form. Eating the fresh gooseberry fruit everyday in the morning on an empty stomach will boost your digestive system.

Basil And Coriander

Basil helps in improving the overall digestive system of the body. You can have 2-3 leaves of basil every morning on an empty stomach as this helps to control indigestion. You can also use basil leaves in your tea and boil it sufficiently well to let the essence out. Basil can be immersed in water for a few hours, and you can consume this water after 2-3 hours.

Coriander is another easy home remedy for digestive disorders. Coriander juice mixed with fresh butter milk helps significantly, as both coriander and butter milk soothe the stomach. In the same way add a pinch of salt to fresh coriander juice and drink it every morning to heal digestive problems. It also helps to increase appetite and reduce flatulence.
