It can be wisely said that the population, on the whole, tend to forget or choose to ignore some common actions in our everyday life. The society cannot be faulted as each living day demands our undivided attention and we are pulled into its labyrinth – sometimes at the expense of some common activities like taking care of our health and skin. It’s true that we tend to give attention to our skin as much as possible in our busy lives, but yet we with all due respect – we pay no attention to or we simply forget one basic step. The skin has to be got rid of cellulites and dead skin cells. No matter how much we lotion our skin or go for skin therapies, without a proper exfoliation the benefits would not be complete.

Cellulites can be termed as the fats that come out due to the connective tissues of your skin. Most of the times, cellulites can get accumulated with the dead skin cells. The result is a dangling and ugly looking skin condition that looks sagging and coarse. Skin exfoliation is the best and safest methods to remove such dead skin cells. But this doesn’t mean that you have to run behind a spa every time you think of exfoliation. You can make some interesting homemade scrubs to achieve this. One of the best scrubs can be done using coconut oil and sugar. While you can use any type of sugar, it would be best if you can get hold of brown sugar. Also, sugar is actually coarse and rubbing them on your skin can do a little damage. Hence grind them to a powder before using them for better comfort. Now, let us take a look at some of the homemade coconut oil and sugar scrubs.
