People suffering from the deficiency of vitamin D can take fat inclusive meals for a span of three months and the results would be quite evident with increased levels of blood in the body.

Exposure To The Sun

The best way to eradicate the problem of vitamin D deficiency is by the maximum exposure of the skin to sunlight because sunlight is considered to be a major source of vitamin D. The vitamin D that is absorbed from the rays of the sun works in the form of a pro-hormone that is considered to be very effective in the conversion of vitamin D3.

People who do not have enough amounts of vitamin D should try and expose their body and their skin to sunlight so that they can get the required amount of vitamin D for the proper functioning of the body.

Avoid Skin Pigmentation

People who are deficient in vitamin D should also avoid any kind of skin pigmentation because dark skin suffers from the inability to absorb the rays of the sun and produce vitamin D that is needed by the body.

In order to avoid skin pigmentation, good food and healthy exercise routine should be practiced because this helps in avoiding the chances of skin pigmentation that is usually found in women. However it requires to be noticed in this respect that people with light skin should not over expose their skin to sunlight because it can lead to an overdose of vitamin D which is not considered healthy for the body.

Take Multivitamins

Multivitamins can also be taken in daily diet that can help in reducing the nutritional gaps that can lead to major problems of health in people suffering from the deficiency of vitamin D.

Proper Diet

A diet consisting of foods rich in vitamin D such as fish, egg yolks, beef liver and fish oils can be taken which can serve as a major treatment for vitamin D deficiency.

This kind of diet works well for people who are vitamin D deficient and at the same time there are other supplements of vitamin D that can also be taken.
