You can take raw garlic by keeping some chips of garlic clove in the mouth for a long time. you can also take garlic tea.

Honey

Honey is a very good expectorant. Not only that, it can loosen your mucus too. Along with these properties you should know that honey acts very well as an anti-inflammatory too.

So all these properties are very helpful in treating wet cough. Just take a tablespoon of honey every day. This will cure the irritation, bring up lot of phlegm, and wet cough will be covered in a week.

Take A Hot Cuppa

Whether you take black tea or green tea both are good for your wet cough. Both are antioxidant in character and help in loosening of mucus. The antioxidant character will fight the infection, and the loosening of mucus will help you to throw up more and more phlegm. This will cure wet cough within some days.
