The general symptom of this disease are fever, sudden chills, inflammation on skin, increase in number of white blood cells, increased rate of heart beat or flu chills. This disease is also found in newly born kids. If the blood of the infant catches any infection during delivery, it may lead to developing this disease in the infant’s body. Here are some home remedies which will help in the case of septicaemia:
A person suffering from this disease or showing signs of the same should immediately increase the intake of vitamin C. Vitamin C helps in reducing the waste in the blood capillaries which allows the blood to flow properly and helps the other body parts to work properly.
Vitamin C is also critical to boost immunity levels in the body. Food rich in Vitamin C such as guava, parsley, green leafy vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, kiwi fruit, papaya and oranges should be consumed, either in the raw form or by having a juice.
Honey is an amazing cure for many diseases, especially for wounds and post surgeries. Sepsis can be treated effectively with honey due to its antiseptic properties.
Honey can be consumed as a part of your every day diet. You can also consume it with warm water in the mornings on empty stomach or with some warm milk.
Regular exercise and taking proper rest keeps the body, brain and specially the heart fit and fine. It relaxes the muscles and gives the body an opportunity to nourish itself and prepare to fight against the diseases.
A person should take out some time from the busy schedule and ensure the body remains fresh. The heart will pump fresh blood in the body keeping it active and healthy and always ready to fight diseases.
This helps in healing wounds and prevents them from getting septic. Take a potato and slice it in half. Wash the wound with cold water. Then take the sliced potato and scrape out a huge portion from its center.
Use a soft plastic sheet and wrap this around the wound by pressing the soft chunk of potato. Leave this overnight. The healing begins almost instantly and you can see this in the morning.
The maintenance of hygiene is an important requirement for avoiding such a disease and also curing it. Many harmful micro-organisms enter the body via mouth. Therefore, remember to should wash your hands prior to preparing food, eating, after using public transport, playing, and after using the washroom.
Sometimes, it becomes important to wash your hands even after shaking hands with another person. Also if there is a wounded area, remember to keep it clean and free from dust and dirt.
The towel treatment helps in reducing redness around the injured area. Take a hot towel and place it on the affected area. When the towel cools down, you can heat it again and keep it over the wound. In the third round, once the hot towel cools down, you should take a cold towel and place it on the wound. This process of 2 hot and 1 cold towel helps in taking off the redness and is effective if done twice a day.
