Breathing
Breathing is one of the best ways of treating the problem of vertigo. Pranayama helps in keeping a balance of head and through constant breathing in and out the nostril passage is cleared. And after some time the head feels light and fresh. Due to lack of oxygen in the head sometimes, the head starts feeling dizzy. During Breathing people can even use eucalyptus oil for better breathing in the passage of air.
Plow Pose
Plow Pose is also one of the poses which have proved to be very helpful in treating vertigo problems. It renews the body and refreshes the spirit. In this pose lie down straight on your back. Then slowly raise your feet and your thighs and back and turn it in u shape and bring the feet above your head, a little forward than your head. You can support your back by keeping your palms flat open on the floor. The feet can also rest on a chair or wall for better support. After 30 seconds, you can release slowly by bringing your position back. Do not make haste else it will injure your back nerves.
Sitting Half Spinal Twist
This pose also helps in healing vertigo issues. In this pose, sit on your buttocks. Then later change the pose staring with left leg and sits in the kneeling pose with the buttocks under your feet. Then slowly place the right leg over left knee and left hand straight up. Hook your right arm behind the back and start rotating your head. Breathe normally, and do this for 30 seconds.
Standing Forward Bend Pose
This pose is also very useful as in this pose the head is bowed completely low which makes the flow of blood towards the head in lower direction and after some time raising the head the head feels much better. It’s a reverse of vertigo related problems.
Stand straight and slowly bow low without bending your knees touch your feet and keep your head low in between your hands or above hands. Do this for 30 seconds.
Hand Stand Pose
Hand stand pose is the most balanced pose for body and is very effective. In simple, Place your both the hands on floor. Let your palm touch the mat and with support of a wall behind you, that is almost touching your feet try to raise your entire body and balance on both hands with head down. Do this for 30 seconds.
Wheel Pose
Wheel Pose is also a very good pose in balancing the entire body form the front portion. Lie down on your back. Take your hands behind your head and balance both of your palms near your ears and slowly raise your back, butts, calves and finally let your feet rest on mat. Your feet must not be slant or its back touching the mat. It’s like a D shape and stay for 30 seconds. In this position your head must hang on the back between your hands looking backwards. Like bat position.
