Other than physical fatigue, emotional problem is the most common cause of mental fatigue. According to a study conducted by researchers of Flinders University, Australia, a short nap for only 10 minutes is enough to energize a person for about two and a half hours.

Deep Breathing Exercise

Doing deep breathing exercise for a few minutes helps in relaxing the mind and reducing cognitive overload, which is one of the leading causes of mental fatigue. It helps in changing your feeling that helps you to overcome stress and increase mental energy.
