Mix it well, now apply to the area to be treated and cover it with a towel and leave it for half an hour. Remove towel after half an hour. Repeat this procedure twice or thrice your sprain will be healed.
Onion Wrap
This is a very effective method and is being used since our grandparent’s time. For this you just need an onion and a muslin cloth. Take an onion and chop it finely, then wrap it in a muslin cloth. Ground Lemon Leaves and Butter

Cabbage
This is one of the most easy and effortless method of healing the sprain and preventing inflammation. To make cabbage bandage take the outer leaves of cabbage and make them warm by putting them in hot water, then bandage them around the sprain when warm.
Epsom Salt
Take warm water in a water bath and put one cup of Epsom salt in it and stir well to dissolve the salt completely. Now soak your sprained area in this water. Do this before going to bed, and in the morning daily.
