You can take apple juice and beet-root juice with honey and have it twice a day.
Sesame seeds
Sesame seeds are yet another ingredient that may excellently work to treat anemia. Especially the black sesame seeds are a rich source of iron. Get sesame seeds and honey one teaspoon and soak them in water. Allow it to soak for two hours, after that strain the water and make a paste with honey.
