Every person can consume seasonal fruits and vegetables for attaining optimal health. We are sharing below about some of the fruits and vegetable juices that can be great for health.
Amla or Indian gooseberry is the best source of Vitamin C. Fresh juice of amla is beneficial for all urination related problems. It even helps in having better eyesight and overcoming deafness. Along with that it helps relieving from acidity, arthritis, greying of hair, heart problems etc. And it is great for getting beautiful and soft skin.
The biotin that is found in beetroot destroys the tendency of growth of tumours and cancer cells in the body. This element increases the body’s disease fighting ability .That is why if there is a dearth of sufficient blood in the body it is very good to drink a cup of beetroot juice two to three times a day. By applying the juice of beetroot leaves on the scalp, you can regain untimely lost hair. To eliminate kidney related diseases, having a cup beetroot juice is very effective.
Carrot contains high levels of Vitamin A. This makes carrot juice very good for the eyes. If you are in the initial stages of cancer, you must drink cupfuls of carrot juice of about 2 kg of carrots daily. Heat carrot leaves’ juice and pour 4 drops of it in the nostrils and ears if you want to alleviate a headache.
Green leafy vegetables like spinach, fenugreek etc. have loads of iron and calcium and they are best utilized uncooked. They can be juiced along with some water in a mixer grinder or a juicer. Spinach is good for treating digestive disorders, fenugreek can treat dysentery and greens are generally good at treating all kinds of stomach related problems.
If you have pimples, boils or itching sensation over your skin, please drink tomato juice along with warm water in the morning and evening. Consumption of tomato juice also helps in normalising the excess sugar content in the urine of a diabetic person. Tomato juice can even be beneficial in alleviating fever. If you are suffering from oral problems like mouth blisters and bleeding gums, rinse your mouth with the solution of tomato juice and water as it would prevent further bleeding and would heal the blisters.
The juice of cabbage is useful in conditions of cough, blood deficiency etc. Having a cup of cabbage juice before lunch and dinner helps cancer patients. Cabbage juice is also very valuable in treating dental problems.
Mix one teaspoon of onion juice with equal quantity of plain water and feed it thrice a day to your baby if he/she has stomach worms as this would kill the worms. If you have stones, it is easy to melt them away and release them from the body by using onion juice. You have to mix 20 grams of onion juice with 50 grams of gripe or mishri and have it early in the morning for 20 days. To heal deafness, put two drops of onion juice into the ears every day. In case of jaundice, it helps to mix 10 grams of white onion juice, 5 grams of turmeric powder and 10 grams of jiggery and having it twice a day.
Vitamin B, phosphorous, and iron are found in apple. It helps in stomach diseases, fever, distaste, indigestion and heart diseases. So get going for fruits and vegetable shopping and also buy a juicer if you do not have any for a disease free and healthy life.
