Peel the pumpkin, remove its peel and cut it into small pieces. Cook garlic and leeks in oil in a pan. Add cumin and ginger powder. Mix pumpkin pieces along with vegetable stock. Tomato soup has very less calories and it is ideal for cold weather. Boil tomatoes in water and remove its peel. You can also cook tomatoes in a pressure cooker. Blend in a food processor to get tomato puree. Strain the puree. Cook in a pan by adding water to it. After one boil, cook on slow flame for three minutes. Add salt and black pepper. Drink the soup hot.
Red lentil soup is very healthy and full of protein. Boil red lentils and rice along with some healthy vegetables like carrots and tomato. To this, you can also add some chopped onions. Boil the lentils and veggies. You can also do this in a pressure cooker by giving two whistles. Blend all ingredients in a food processor to get its puree. Mix water and milk if more liquid is needed. Add salt and chili flakes and serve the soup.
Make the mushroom soup by boiling chopped mushrooms in vegetable stock. After first boil, cook the vegetable on slow flame for twenty minutes. Add boiled and cooked sago pearls. Give one boil. Add salt and pepper. Serve the soup garnished with cream.
Boil some chopped vegetables in water like cabbage, mushroom, carrot and tomato. To this, you should add onions and boil. When the veggies become soft mix garlic, ginger and soup cube. Cook for five minutes. Season the soup with salt and black pepper. Serve the soup hot.

Boil peas in water in a vessel. Reduce the flame after one boil and cook of slow flame. Blend the peas along with water using food processor. Grind the peas till it is like a paste. Strain the puree. Boil the soup again and cook on slow flame for few minutes. Add salt and black pepper. Serve the soup hot garnished with dill.
