To stop bad breath, keep your mouth always moisture. A dry mouth will develop bad breath. The simplest way of getting rid of this disease is to take 8 glasses of water in a day. Make gargling water with refreshing ingredients and herbs such as bakul, khadir, clove, betul nut, cardamom, mayaphal, vidang, cumin seeds, black pepper, manjishtha, camphor, and kulijan.
This comes in a form of an aromatic resin and has a substance called terpenoids that controls the bacteria, which gives bad breath. You are advised to take 5-10 drops of myrrh oil for mouth wash. To clean your throat add a few drops of myrrh oil with herbal tea and gargle in your mouth for some time to remove the bad breath.
The extracts of tea tree are generally used in dental products. Use the tea tree oil in the following ways to stop bad breath. Take 3 -5 drops of tree tea oil into a glass of hot water and rinse your mouth two times in a day. You can also use it as a mouthwash by adding few drops of oil and ensure you don’t swallow it. Mix the oil with your regular toothpaste forbetter results.
Ensure to eat vitamin C rich foods after taking meals to stop bad breath. For example, you can take carrots, lemon, etc. that helps to improve vitamin C in your body. The vital factor is to clean your mouth twice a day, to stop bacteria from giving you bad breath.
