Juniper oil is another very good for joint pain. Mix the oil with lavender and rosemary oils. Mix well. To this, you should add almond oil. Mix all oils well.[7] Use the oil mixture for doing massage on painful areas of the affected joints. It is especially useful for reducing arthritis pain.
Camphor oil has been found to be useful in joint pain.[8] For this, you should do massage with this oil on joints that pain. It will help in reducing muscle pain also. Camphor oil helps in reducing pain due to arthritis and rheumatism.
Spruce oil is extracted from the evergreen spruce tree. The oil helps in reducing muscle and joint pain. For getting relief from pain, you need to massage the affected joints with spruce oil.[9] The massage is good for fighting pain due to rheumatism.
