And if you can do that, then try to touch your knees with your head. After that, come down slowly, while exhaling. Repeat this process in sets of 5 or 10, and repeat as many times as you can.

2. Stomach Twisting

This is another very effective exercise for reducing belly fat. In order to do this exercise, first stand on a flat floor, and keep your legs close to each other. And then raise your both arms towards the front, and stick your eye sight to your hand nails.

Then without moving your lower back, just turn the upper back and both your hands towards the left. Stay in this position for a few seconds and the slowly come back to the original position. Repeat the same thing once again by going towards the right side. You can repeat this exercise 12 times on each side, and you should do this exercise in 3 sets. If you do this exercise regularly, you can expect to reduce an inch or two in just two to three weeks.

3. Air Cycling

This exercise is also one of the most effective against stubborn belly fat. This exercise helps to burn belly fat and tightens the belly muscles. To start, first lay flat on the floor and keep both the hands tightly stuck to the ground. After that, slowly lift up both the legs, and start cycling slowly in the air.

You should not lift your hands above the ground in any condition. Continue to do this exercise for 2 minutes and repeat the set 3 times. But before doing this exercise, you should do a little bit of warm up exercises for some time.
