Blend these ingredients in a food processor until a thin and smooth liquid is formed. This mixture can be taken10 – 15 minutes after every meal or if you notice any signs of discomfort. Larger portions could be prepared in advance and refrigerated for up to forty eight hours.
Apple Cider Vinegar
According to Felicia Drury Kliment, the author of the book – ‘Acid Alkaline Balance Diet’, you can decrease acidity in the bloodstream and the stomach by creating an alkaline condition in the body and this could be done by drinking a mixture of water and apple cider vinegar.

Ground Coriander and Ginger Tea
According to the author of the book – Ayurvedic Home Remedies, Vasant Lad has suggested using hot, brewed tea prepared from ground coriander and fresh ginger, which can be helpful to keep away the acidity or heartburn caused due to certain type foods or occasional overindulging. To prepare this brew, steep about 2 tablespoons of ginger (fresh ground) in a tea bag.
Place it in hot water (8 Oz) for about 4-5 minutes and then squeeze and discard the tea bag. Now, add half teaspoon of ground coriander powder and stir vigorously, so that the coriander and ginger tea are mixed well.
Once it cools down to the room temperature, you can drink the mixture, whenever you experience any discomfort. In case, you have prepared a large quantity of tea, then the unused portions can be refrigerated up to 96 hours.
Cloves

Cumin seeds
