Now, keeping your back straight, squat and move your right arm in such a way so that you are calling out someone. Use your left arm for doing the bicep curl. Repeat this exercise for 4-5 times and switch hands thereafter.

This exercise will tone your entire body, apart from shaping up the arms. Start by standing with your legs apart. Now, bend slightly and move your right first in the forward direction.

Twisted Side Plank

This exercise is ideal for getting back sexy arms and shoulders. Furthermore, it strengthens your back. Start by assuming the side plank position. Bend your knees and hold a dumbbell or water bottle on your right hand. Your left hand should be placed on the floor. Now, using your body weight and left arm, push your body off the floor and move your right hand towards the ceiling. Slowly, bring yourself back to the original position and repeat the exercise with your left hand.
