Effective Remedies For Hyperpigmentation
Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera is a right ingredient for your skin that will help in removing the dark spots from your skin. It is one of the best herbs available that would clear the dark skin areas and remove dead skill cells making your skin look clearer.
You can prepare a home mask by extracting aloe Vera juice. Take half teaspoon of aloe Vera juice and mix it with honey. Apply it on your face and leave it to get dry. Wash it after 20 minutes. Aloe vera lotion can also be applied on the affected areas.
Lemon Juice
Another natural ingredient that would help in reducing your dark spots is lemon juice. It acts as a bleaching agent that would fade the dark complexion of your skin.
Apply lemon juice on the affected area and then leave it to get dry. Wash your face with water after about 20 minutes. Follow the same process for few months to get best results.
Cucumber
Cucumber has the essential ingredients that would reduce the skin darkness. It can also be used to reduce the dark circles around your eyes. Cucumber can either be consumed or applied on the skin. Either ways, the benefits are witnessed both internally as well as externally.
Cut a small piece of cucumber and rub it on your skin. Then apply it on the affected area and leave it for 30 minutes. Repeat the process for around two months to get good results. You should also include cucumber in your daily diet and can consume it in the form of a salad.
Olive Oil
Olive oil is an effective way to get rid of Hyperpigmentation. It contains anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce dark skin spots. Take some oil on your palm and massage your skin gently for 2-3 minutes.
Keep a hot towel on your face and leave it till the steam passes through your skin pores. Once the cloth gets cool remove the oil from your skin.
Turmeric
Turmeric is a natural ingredient which has been used for ages for skin treatments. You can use the turmeric to prevent dark spots on your skin. It helps in promoting the immune system that will keep your skin spotless and maintains the elasticity. Make a paste of turmeric by mixing it with some water.
Apply the paste on your face and leave it on for about 30 minutes. Then wash your face with lukewarm water. Your face will be slightly yellowed in color, but this is a very effective way of curing hyper pigmentation. You may want to use a separate towel, as the towel can also be stained yellow when you pat your face dry.
Potato Juice
Potato contains skin lightening properties and can be used for any types of dark spots on your skin. You may also use it to reduce dark areas around your eyes. To extract potato juice, grate a potato and squeeze it in a muslin cloth.
Take this potato juice and apply it on the affected skin. Leave it to get dry. Wash your face after 15 minutes. You will see the results within few weeks. You can also rub a potato on the affected area as an alternate remedy.
