Best Herbal Remedies For Fibromyalgia

Share

Fibromyalgia is characterized by chronic widespread musculoskeletal pain. It affects the soft tissues and causes fatigue, excessive tenderness and sleeplessness. The pain is felt all over the body and there is a general sense of tiredness. This condition is often considered to be related to arthritis because of the pain and fatigue. But as in arthritis, there is no inflammation and damage to the joints, muscles and tissues.

The pain does affect the joints and hampers day to day working. Other symptoms of this condition are headaches, restlessness, stiffness, dizziness, dry eyes, irritable bowel syndrome and mouth and memory problems. The stabbing pain grips the muscles and causes an intense burning. The limbs, chest and the spine are always in throes of pain. The exact cause is not known but it may be related to repetitive injuries and traumas.
