1. Uttanasana

2. Trikonasan

Keep your feet apart (three feet).  Raise your arms up parallel to the ground with palms facing downwards. Place your left foot to right direction (45 degrees); turn your right foot in right direction (90 degrees). Align both heels to form a straight line. Shift your right thigh outwards. Breathe out, twist your body in the right side direction, and stretch the upper body beginning from your waist. Bend towards the floor, and touch the right feet with your left hand. Ensure your legs are straight. Raise your right hand in the air. Make sure both your hands are straight. Look up. Hold this position for a minute and then return back gradually to the original position.  This posture boosts blood circulation to face and reduces stress. It helps in getting a glowing skin.

3. Kapalbhati

This is a breathing exercise. It is not hard and can be performed by anyone. The focus is on breathing out in a particular form. Breathing in is normal while breathing out is done with force. The breathing force should be such that the individual should be able to manage doing it continuously for a particular time. The breathing speed is also vital in this technique. The individual should breathe out each second according to this breathing technique. It removes carbon dioxide from the body and purifies the blood thus making the skin healthy. It is beneficial for acne and pimples.

4. Viparita Karani

Sit sideways opposite to the wall and gently raise your legs up the wall. Stretch your arms on your sides with palms facing upwards. Rest your head as well as shoulders on the floor comfortably. Keep your eyes closed and take a deep breath. Focus on breathing. Hold this position for 5 to 10 minutes. Then slowly move your body slightly away from wall and slip your legs to your side. This increases the blood flow to your face and relaxes facial muscles. It eliminates toxins and arrests free radicals. It increases oxygen supply to face.

5. Pavan Muktasana

Lie down straight on the ground with your face facing the ceiling and place your back on the ground. The body should be straight and palms should be touching the ground on the sides of your thighs. Raise your legs and gradually bend them on your knees. Bring them towards your chest. Hold your right knee with your left hand, left knee with your right hand, bend your neck, and place your chin in between the knees. Hold this position for 3 to 5 minutes. It is best for the stomach and reduces stress and depression. It helps cure pimples and acne. This is one of the recommended asanas for pimples.
