Cobra pose

The next step is to push your upper body up with your palms pushing down against the ground. Raise your upper body as you move backwards and arch your back. Exhale thrice while you hold this position and then start lowering your upper body back to the floor. Repeat three times.
Cat pose
This pose has to be done while standing on all fours. Hands have to be kept straight and in the same line as your shoulders. Similarly, knees have to be in line with your hips. Now you can stretch your mid section downwards to the floor like a hammock, as you inhale.
Lift your head and look towards the ceiling. Pause at this point for a few seconds and slowly move your mid section away from the floor and lift it up towards the ceiling, rounding your back and moving your chin towards you chest. Hold for a few seconds and then come back to the normal position that you have started.
Twist
Twist involves lying on your back, looking straight up and extending your hands sideways. Keep your knees bent, bringing them close to your chest. Holding this position, inhale and slowly bring both your folded legs towards one side and keep them close to the floor, touching the floor if possible. Hold for a few seconds and inhale as you bring your legs back to the chest. Repeat 3 to 4 times.
