For the classical look of this salad this recipe is called Classic Cobb Salad. Prepare the dressing: Add three tablespoon of olive oil, two tablespoon of vinegar, one tablespoon lemon juice, one teaspoon of mustard, one minced clove of garlic, salt and powdered black pepper to taste. For main salad: you require tomatoes slices, chopped avocado, cheese, cooked chicken, two boiled and sliced eggs and the crunchy ham. Drizzle the prepared dressing on your salad and serve.

Cobb Salad with Turkey

To make this delicious salad you need to boil four eggs. Now use the egg whites and yolk portion. Now using paprika, pepper and salt marinate turkey cutlets and cook for three minutes both the sides. Now take a bowl and add three tablespoon of vinegar, paprika, pepper, salt, three tablespoon of olive oil. Now add finely chopped one fourth cup of tomatoes into it. Add lettuce, marinated turkey cutlets and boiled egg whites into this mixture. Sprinkle some cheese over it.

Blue Cheese Vinaigrette Cobb Salad

Prepare the dressing: Add half cup of shredded cheese, one third cup of vinegar and one tablespoon of mustard, honey, salt, pepper and two third cup of olive oil. Now take a bowl and add some chopped crunchy green veggies such as lettuce, spinach and watercress into it. For the salad: Mix cooked chicken, bacon, two chopped avocados, three tomatoes, and cheese together. Add the greens on the top. To make it more nutritious and healthy you can garnish the salad by grating boiled eggs and chives. Pour the dressing on the salad and serve.

Layered Cobb Salad

Prepare the dressing: Add three tablespoon of red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, two teaspoon of mustard, one minced garlic clove, half teaspoon of salt, half cup olive oil and grounded black pepper. Main Salad: Now take a bowl and make a bottom layer of romaine. Now add boiled chicken over it. Follow it by sprinkling bacon, three sliced tomatoes, cheese, two avocados, watercress and boiled eggs. Pour the dressing over it and serve.

Christmas Cobb Salad

To make this Christmas Cobb Salad, you need to add two tablespoon of maple syrup, apple cider and brown sugar. Now add sliced ham to it. Bake the mixture in an oven for twenty minutes. To prepare the sauce: You need to add some green beans, garlic, oil, red pepper flakes, salt, vinegar and pepper into it. Now add to it two tablespoon of mustard paste, one teaspoon of vinegar, one fourth cup olive oil, an onion, salt and pepper. Now is the final step wherein you have to add two cups of boiled pasta, cucumber slices and parsley to it. Add this sauce to the baked ham and garnish your salad with the help of red onion slices.
