There are hordes of natural ingredients and substances always to be found in the household kitchen which can help you keep away the dull, colorless and sagging look and make you as good as new with a glowing skin and beautiful hair that will make you easily outshine the others.

A glowing and vibrant skin, lush and silky hair makes the most dramatic changes in your appearance. Besides having these attributes, it is also essential to maintain a strong and healthy body to always keep you in glowing looks.

5 Home Remedies For Beauty

Aloe Vera

If you have a sagging and lack luster skin, aloe vera is the best natural remedy to restore the natural tone and glow of your skin. This cheap and effective remedy will not only cleanse the skin thoroughly, but it will also exfoliate the skin scrupulously and tighten the loose skin.

Take a fresh aloe vera leaf and slice away the thorny edges. Slit the leaf in the centre and rub the gel side onto your face, neck and hands. Let all the sap and juice be absorbed by the skin and keep massaging the skin gently till it becomes thoroughly dry. Keep for fifteen minutes then wash off with water.

Multani Mitti

Multani mitti has great cleansing and cooling properties. It is rich in minerals especially in aluminium silicate which has great absorbing qualities. It stimulates the blood circulation and removes all the debris of dirt and grease from the skin. Make a thick paste with multani mitti and water.

Apply the paste on the face, neck, arms and hair. Let the paste dry. After half an hour, rinse with cold water. Multani mitti will remove all the dead cells on the skin and leave the skin soft, smooth and glowing with a pinkish tinge. The high color comes from increased blood circulation. Your hair will feel as soft as silk and will acquire a new sheen.

Yogurt

Yogurt contains natural bleaching and cleansing properties. It also keeps the skin well moisturized and young. Take half a cup of plain yogurt and add a teaspoon of honey to it. Mix in the juice of half a lime.

Rub this mixture on your face and neck. Leave the mask on, for half an hour after which wash off with warm water. All the blotches and spots will disappear leaving your skin even and smooth.
