The ingredients required to prepare the tea are: tomato juice (1 cup), fresh garlic (1 tsp), hot sauce (1/ tsp), lemon juice (1 tsp) and a pinch of celery or sea salt. Blend all the above ingredients in a food-processor. Heat on a stove until it is steaming hot. You can get relief within fifteen minutes of drinking this tea.
Ginger Tea
Take some ginger tea along with local honey and coconut milk. Besides tasting amazing, it also clears the phlegm and boosts the immune system.
