Saline drops are known to be very effective when you want to clear the nose of the infant. Bulb syringes can be used if the blocked nose causes inconvenience and hinders with feeding the baby. Nose can be cleared fifteen or twenty minutes prior to the breastfeeding so that baby’s tummy is full.
Humidifiers
Humidifiers fitted in the baby’s room will help maintain proper humidity which will prevent dryness and itchiness of the nose.
Keep The Head Elevated
Keeping a child’s head elevated by placing pillows or towels under her head will help her breathe easy.
