Cayenne Pepper

Ginger

Ginger is an effective home remedy that can be used to treat rheumatoid arthritis effectively. Ginger has been used extensively in Asian medicine for treating numerous health conditions, such as  diarrhea, stomach upset, colic, arthritis, heart disease, and nausea.

This is due to the fact that ginger exhibits powerful antioxidant and antiinflamatory properties, which ease rheumatoid arthritis symptoms. Research studies have shown that ginger helps in decreasing the release of prostaglandin, which is a chemical compound responsible for inflammation inside the body.

Ginger can be applied topically to the affected joints, in the form of juice. You should smash one large piece of ginger and apply it’s juice to the affected joints. In addition to that, you should also add ginger to your food to treat rheumatoid arthritis symptoms.
