Allergies are the outcome of the immune’s system reaction to harmless substances like pollen, animal dander, dust and air pollutants.

For millions of people, each change of season brings its own stamp of allergy triggers which cause wide and varied symptoms such as aggressive sneezing, runny nose, coughing, itchy and watery eyes, sore and itchy throat, congestion of the nasal passages and a lot of sniffling.

Allergies disrupt your sleep and you wake up in the night with a sudden fit of coughing or sneezing. Tobacco smoke and polluted air are other notorious irritants that aggravate the allergy so you should abstain from smoking or stay away from cigarette smoke.

Certain foods and medications too can trigger an attack of allergic reactions so you must take special care to avoid those foods and medicines.
