In the current scenario, preventing hair loss has become a major concern. Since time immemorial hair has been the crowning beauty of one’s personality. It has been fashioned in innumerable styles and adorned with many jewels and accessories to enhance the appearance. Lustrous, shiny and thick hair has symbolized beauty and character. Nowadays, exposure to harsh environmental pollution, chemicals in shampoos and conditioners, hair styling products and heat treatments deplete the hair of its natural oils and strength and make it brittle, dull and lifeless.
Abnormal loss or thinning of hair can also be caused due to certain diseases and medications. Loss of fifty to hundred strands of hair per day is pretty normal but when you run a comb through your hair and it comes off full of clusters then it really becomes a cause for alarm.
