Chop six fresh brahmi leaves finely. Mix them with two teaspoons of honey and eat this mixture every morning.

Ginkgo Biloba

This herb has powerful antioxidant properties because of its high content of flavonoids and terpenoids. These chemicals remove all the harmful free radicals which cause nerve damage, destroy cell membranes and DNA and cause inflammation in the tissues.

It improves the power to focus and concentrate and develops the memory. It also has the ability to dilate the blood vessels and increase the flow of blood to the brain. Take 80 mg of ginkgo biloba extract three times daily. Regular use will soon show positive results.

Rosemary

This herb is very good for improving the memory. It is rich in antioxidants and certain other compounds which enhance the levels of concentration by enabling optimum function of the nerve transmitters. It promotes peace and tranquility and enables the mind to stay crystal clear thereby enhancing its memory retention. Pluck fifteen tulsi leaves and wash them properly. Chew them slowly and thoroughly before swallowing. Do this every morning on a regular basis.

Wheatgrass

Wheatgrass is full of valuable nutrients which increase memory capacity. It restores the chemical balance of the cells in the brain and gives a boost to its function. Drink a glass of fresh wheatgrass juice every morning on an empty stomach.
