5 Herbal Remedies For Rosacea

Share

Rosacea is a common skin disease which affects the central vertical parts of the face. This neurovascular disorder mainly affects the Celtic race and the Caucasians. Women nearing menopause are more likely to incur it. This disorder resembles acne but it has different causes for development.

It progresses with time and sometimes even affects the nose and the chest. Though women are more prone to it than men, it is the men who have very severe symptoms. Papules and bumps appear on the forehead, nose, cheeks and chin and the face becomes red due to flushing.

The blood vessels just beneath the skin become enlarged and cause facial redness. The main cause of this disorder seems to be hereditary. Other causes have yet to be established. Rosacea can be a very derogatory condition and deprive one of one’s self esteem and confidence.
