In today’s world, stress is exceptionally the most common problem. Work pressure, fears, anxiety, financial worries, difficult relationships, too many responsibilities and countless other causes lead to stress. Everybody seems to be double bent under the weight of stress, in this fast paced and high pressured world.

Under stress our body releases hormones which either help to fight the stress or else to give in and sink into an apathy. If the stress is got over with in a short time then there is no mental and physical damage.  But if the stress continues for prolonged periods then it begins to take its toll upon the mental health as well as the physical health.

Stress changes the body’s chemistry and affects immunity. The power to concentrate and stay focused decreases considerably, you become irritable and nervous and irrationally fearful. High blood pressure, heart attack and digestion problems can also result from stress.
