For a perfect massage with apple cider vinegar, take three parts apple cider vinegar and one part olive, coconut or mineral oil. Massage on to the cellulite affected areas of the skin. Massage for about 15 minutes twice a day for best results. The combined effect of the massage action and apple cider vinegar will soon clear the skin of cellulite pockets and make it young and glowing.

When you exercise, the excess fat in your body gets burnt naturally and this will lead to a well toned body and prevent cellulite from troubling. 7. Mineral Clay Bath
Clay baths are used for drawing out the toxins and cellulite from the body and to provide a smooth and wrinkle free skin with a well toned and cellulite free base. Bentonite clay, which is formed by the precipitate from the volcanic ashes, contains minerals such as potassium and calcium that can help in the removal of skin blemishes, eczema, cellulite etc.
Take two cups of the clay and add to a tub full of warm water. Soak your body for about half an hour for best results. This can be done once a week until the cellulite is removed and can be continued for maintaining the health and beauty of the skin.
8. Lemon And Honey
A simple but very effective treatment for cellulite which has been in practice for several years is the use of lemon and honey for treating cellulite. Lemon is a great natural exfoliant and honey helps in treating dry skin and also in moisturizing and maintaining the beauty of the skin.
Lemon also has natural acids, which help in the removal of fat deposits on the skin. Take a quarter cup of honey and warm it slightly. Add two tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice to this and mix well. This can be massaged on to the skin surface that is affected by cellulite. After 10 minutes of massage, you can cover the skin with a plastic wrap and rest under a thick blanket for 15 minutes. Wash off after that. This can be repeated thrice a week.
9. Ivy Leaf Soak
Fresh ivy leaves can be used for increasing the blood circulation and also for removing the excess fat from the layers of the skin, leading to cellulite. Take a dark bottle and add half a litre of olive oil to it. Add twenty fresh and green ivy leaves to this olive. Add around ten to fifteen drops of rosemary essential oil and a tablespoon of lemon as well. Leave this bottle in a dark and hot area for about 40 days. After straining this oil, it can be applied on the cellulite laden skin and left overnight everyday for its action to take place.
10. Epsom Salt
Epsom salt helps in sweating and flushing out the toxins in your body and hence a great way to treat cellulite and also in detoxifying your body as well. For an aromatherapy bath, take a cup of Epsom salt and add ten drops of cypress essential oil diluted in olive oil to this. This can be used for soaking your body before taking bath.
