10. Olive Oil

Olive oil helps in moisturizing the stools and also coating the colon walls with a thin layer of oil so that the bowel movements are much softer and easily attained. For severe constipation, take 1/4th glass of olive oil and add this to 3/4th glass of orange juice that is freshly squeezed.
