Banana is a very rich source of proteins and carbohydrates. It is very helpful in reducing swelling since it has high iron content which increases the count of red blood cells in the blood. It contains very little salt which helps to keep the blood pressure under control.

Vitamin E is required for fast healing of the tissues. The kidney tissues which get damaged and cause inflammation can be healed with the intake of vitamin E.
Vitamin E increases the urine output which helps the body to get rid of harmful toxins. Almonds, avocados, spinach, egg, oils like sunflower, walnut, soya bean and olive are good source of vitamin E. It is also one of the best antioxidants.
As we all know ginger has great therapeutic properties. It is well known for its anti inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral and antioxidant properties which can reduce the inflammation and enhance the function of the kidneys.
Boil a cup of water and add one teaspoon of grated ginger to it. After ten minutes strain the tea and drink three cups of it daily. You can also eat a piece of raw ginger with your meals.
