Turmeric acts as a blood purifier so including turmeric as a part of your diet can be very effective to cure boils. You can mix one teaspoon of turmeric powder in warm water and drink thrice a day.

Apply The Paste Of Ground Bark Of Neem Tree Or Castor Oil

Apply Hot Compress

Applying hot compress is also very effective and helps to cure a boil faster. By applying hot compress the puss inside the boil slowly comes out and the boil reduces in size and slowly starts to heal. The compress reduces the pain and also makes the healing and cure faster.

It might sound dirty or unhygienic but applying saliva on the boils actually helps to cure boils. This is because the saliva contains antibodies which are known as lysosymes which can effectively kill the bacteria present in the boil. So if you apply your saliva to your boils, they will clear up and make the healing faster.

Eat Foods Rich In Vitamin, Fibre And Zinc

There are foods that help immensely to treat boils. Eat foods that are rich in fibers as it keeps you healthy and helps to cure the boil easily. Also eat foods rich in Zinc as it helps the skin to heal at a faster rate. Have vitamin rich foods specially take plenty of vitamin C as it boosts your immune system and helps to fight the infection.

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables as they have antioxidant properties that can protect you from such infections. Avoid very spicy food and always eat foods that are easily digestible as constipation and improper bowel movements can also cause boils. When you have a boil always avoid eating sweets and foods with high sugar content as the makes the healing very slow.
