5 Ways To Cure Strep Throat

Share

Strep throat is a common condition caused by a bacterial infection. The streptococcal bacteria infect and inflame the throat, the tonsils and the lymph nodes due to which there is high fever, soreness and pain in the throat and cough. One can hardly eat or drink because the whitish spots which appear on the back of the throat cause intense pain and make swallowing difficult. This infection can be easily transmitted to the others if a healthy person breathes the contaminated air in which the bacteria float in droplets of sputum.

You should also not use an infected person’s spoon or cup or any other of his/her personal articles. Another major cause contributing to this infection is the extensive use of commercial antibiotics which weaken the immune system and make it inefficient in defending the body against microbes and infections. These bacteria also exhibit a singular immunity to antibiotics so the infection is best treated with natural cures that are quick and effective.
