Warm some ghee and add a piece of camphor to it. Massage your elbow, upper arm and lower arm for ten to fifteen minutes. After the massage cover your arm with a warm woolen cloth for half an hour. Do this twice daily until the pain and swelling subside completely and you recover the movement of your hand and arm.
