Ways To Cure Vitiligo
Coriander Juice
Intake of the juice of coriander leaves regularly proves beneficial in leucoderma. It has got anti inflammatory properties which helps to relieve the symptoms and revitalize and tone the skin. Antioxidant properties make healing faster.
Antidepressant properties relieves from depression. Antiparasitic, antibacterial, antimicrobial properties destroy or inhibit the growth of parasites, bacteria. Fresh Coriander leaves are recommended and not dry coriander, as it should be utilized cautiously and carefully by people suffering from bronchial asthma and chronic bronchitis.
Holy Basil
You can regularly intake holy basil juice and also apply the paste to the affected area. It has got anti-inflammatory, antidepressant, antioxidant, antifungal, antibacterial properties which makes it beneficial in treating leucoderma.
If Lime juice is added to the holy basil paste melanin production can be stimulated as the white pigmentation of the skin is due to loss of melanin. The combination of basil and milk should be avoided. It is also reported to have an anti fertility effect and should be avoided if a woman is trying to get pregnant.
Neem
Daily Intake of neem juice helps in treating leucoderma. It has got anti inflammatory, antifungal, antioxidant, antibacterial, antimicrobial properties. Application of neem oil can relieve you from white pigmentation.
Spot test neem oil before applying as sometimes it can be irritating. If irritation persists please discontinue the same.
Aloe Vera Gel
Take a leaf of aloe vera and squeeze it apply the gel on the pigmentation. It has got anti inflammatory, antifungal, antioxidant, antibacterial properties.
If you are allergic to garlic, onion or other types of plants in the alliaceae family, then please don’t apply aloe vera Gel.
Goosefoot
Apply the juice of this vegetable in the affected area, once a day. This proves affective in treating leucoderma.
Radish Seeds
Take 25 gms of radish seeds, ground paste them, to it add 2 tablespoon of vinegar. Apply it on the affected area and wash them off when dry.
Turmeric
Turmeric powder mixed in mustard oil is a good option for leucoderma. It has got anti inflammatory, antifungal, antioxidant and antibacterial properties necessary for treating leucoderma.
Ginger
Make a paste of ginger juice and red clay and apply it on the patches. It proves to be helpful in depigmentation of the skin, giving normal color to your skin.
You can also make a poultice of ginger leaves and use it as a topical application. It has got anti inflammatory, antifungal, antioxidant, antibacterial properties necessary for treating leucoderma.
