How To Get Rid Of Frizzy Hair Naturally

Share

Frizzy hair refers to the tangles, hair knots or curls that form on your hair from time to time. It is difficult to manage frizzy hair and can be frustrating if it is not handled easily. In addition to the curls and knots, frizzy hair is also characterized by extreme dryness, which makes it even more difficult to manage.

Some people are born with such hair, but in many cases it is also due to a host of external factors. Exposure to too much sunshine, use of certain harmful hair products, lack of moisture, overdoing hair drying and ironing on the hair and using too much color on the hair can cause frizziness in the long run, or the existing frizzy hair to worsen. Here are some easy ways to get rid of frizzy hair. These are both effective and also have no side effects on your hair.

Some Easy Ways To Get Rid Of Frizzy Hair

Eggs

To make your hair healthy, use eggs as they contain amino acids. The amino acid makes your hair smoother and softer. Take egg white and add lemon and olive oil to this.

Mix it well and leave it for 30 minutes. Now apply it on your hair, leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash off your hair using your regular shampoo. The dry hair will look softer and there will also be a shine to the hair.

Massage With Hot Oil

Having hot oil massage is the most commonly used technique to obtain healthy and shiny hair. Take 2 table spoon of olive oil in a small pot and heat it for 2-3 minutes. Now put off the heat and leave it to get cool.

Add 2 tablespoons of honey to this and mix it well. Massage your scalp with the oil gently and then wrap your hair with wet towel. Keep it on for an hour and then wash your hair with a gentle shampoo.

Honey And Lemon

The two commonly used home remedies used to get rid from fizzy hair are honey and lemon. Take 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and add 1 spoon of honey to it.

Now mix it well and apply on your scalp. Leave it for a few minutes. Wash off your hair with a mild shampoo. Make sure to clean your hair thoroughly, as honey can get sticky.

Gram Flour

This home remedy needs some preparation, but can be an effective cure for frizzy hair. Prepare a hair paste by taking 1 cup of gram flour and mix half a cup of coconut milk in it to prepare a fine paste.

Make sure that the paste is of the right consistency and is neither too thick nor too watery. Apply this paste on your scalp and wrap your hair with a towel.  Now leave it to dry. When you are sure that the paste has dried, you should wash off your hair with water. Repeat this atleast once a week for about 2 months.

Beer And Vinegar

Beer will help in getting rid from fizzy hairs. You can either apply beer directly on your hair or spray it on your hair. Doing this will give a shiny look to the hair.

Remember that before using beer on your hair, you must first wash your hair with a gentle shampoo. You can also apply vinegar with a cotton ball on your scalp after washing your hair. Comb your hair to get rid from frizzy hair.
