Hair fall may also be due to certain vitamin deficiency in the body. So it is important that take you vitamin rich foods regularly. Deficiency of vitamin C, D, A and B can lead to hair fall.
If you have a vitamin B deficiency then this can cause dandruff, hair fall and also lead to pre mature greying. So vitamin B will help to prevent pre mature greying, would stimulate hair growth and would also bring lustre and shine to the hair. Even vitamin E encourages encourage hair growth. Check proper vitamin balance in your body in order to prevent hair fall.
If you have any bad habit or additiction of smoking and drinking then you should stop it immediately as both these habits hamper the immune system and leads to hair fall to a great extent.
If you stop these bad habits and start leading a healthy life then your hair fall problem would also reduce drastically.
Always try and avoid any kind of rough treatment to the tresses. Never perform any unnecessary or harmful brushing, combing or heating to your hair as these techniques would weaken the hair at the root level and cause hair fall. So handle your hair softly and gently.
Drink plenty of water and fruit juices. Try and drink at least 10-12 glasses of water every day as that would help to flush out the toxins in the body and keep you healthy and reduce hair fall. Also have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and avoid fatty and oily food. Have a balanced diet and lead a healthy life in order to prevent hair fall.
