It can be due to low intake of foods products rich in vitamin B12, reduced absorption of vitamin B12 and many more. To prevent greying of hair try consuming more of eggs, meat and milk. Animal products as well as some eatable algae are rich in vitamin B12.

Stress is known to be the major reason for all problems. Practicing meditation on regular basis will surely help you to reduce your stress level. However many have found that there is no permanent solution to greying of hair due to stress but general stress reduction will surely help.

Eating a well-balanced diet will help you to remain healthy and will even solve all your problems. Fresh fruits and vegetables are loaded with anti-oxidant and will fight with your damaged cells. They will even help you to prevent premature aging. Eat food products rich in iodine, zinc, vitamin A, vitamin B, protein, copper and iron.

You should eat at least three servings of fruits and five servings of vegetables on daily basis. Consume more of yellow and dark green vegetables and even yellow fruits such as carrots, sweet potatoes, turnip greens, pumpkin and may more. Garlic is also very helpful to avoid greying.

Fresh Juice Of Amaranth Leaves

Amaranth is an effective home remedy. Application of the fresh juice of amaranth leaves will help you to retain the black colour of your hair and thus in turn will prevent premature greying. These leaves will also help you keep your hair soft and increase its growth.

Butter is known to have properties to prevent early greying of hair. You can message a little quantity of this product twice a week to get rid of your premature graying problem.

Regular Massaging

You can daily massage your hair with the mixture of coconut oil and a drop of lemon. This recipe is very effective in avoiding premature greying and will also provide you long term benefits such as excellent strength, texture and length. Many have found that this method is so effective that people practicing this have black hair even up to the age of 50 to 60.

You can even massage your hair with good quality almond oil. Messaging will even help you to reduce your stress and will make you feel relaxed. Aromatherapy is also recommended if you want to massage essential oils into your scalp. Rub 2 to 3 drops of thyme, rosemary or sage for dark hair and lavender or German chamomile for lighter hair to get best results.

Herbal Rinse

Herbal rinse is also very famous to reverse early greying of hair. Herbs such as rosemary, catnip, raspberry leaves, saffron, turmeric, privet, rosehips, black coffee, black tea, red hibiscus and many more similar herbs can be used to rinse your hair. These herbs usually have no side effects and are affordable too. Herbs even has an attached advantage that it can improve your hair quality and can even make it soft.

Stay Hydrated And Stop Graying

Increase your water intake. You should consume at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily to prevent greying. Lack of hydration and moisture will prevent nutrients from completely reaching your hair follicles which in turn encourages greying.

Fried and spicy food is even known to dehydrate your body. So make sure that you stay hydrated. Avoid caffeine products such as coffee. You can drink water with a teaspoon of lemon, etc.

Get Adequate Amount Of Sleep

Try getting the required amount of sleep to prevent early greying of hair. Sleep might also become the major reason for early greying of hair.

Try to get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily. Inadequate amount of sleep can make you more stressful. Make a routine to go to bed on time and wake up on time because too much of sleep is also very harmful.
