Hair mask may be the solution of many hair problems from dryness to hair fall. It nourishes and conditions the hair at the same time. Though there are several hair masks available in the market, it is always better to prepare your own customized one to avoid chemical use. You can use many natural ingredients to prepare hair mask at home such as avocado, yogurt, banana and eggs.
Here is one such recipe for your convenience i.e. egg mask. Break an egg and pour egg white and yolk in a bowl discarding the shell. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of olive oil into it. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to form a smooth paste. Apply the mask all over the hair and scalp. Let it act for 30 to 45 minutes and then wash with a mild shampoo.
Style Your Hair Carefully
Never use hair strand harshly to style them as it may tremendously increase hair fall. Avoid making style that requires tight pulling and tight hair bands and clips such as tight ponytails, braiding, cron-rows and plaits. Also restrict the use of heated rollers as it also give rise to hair fall. Hair fall due to styling is medically termed as traction alopecia.
Rub Natural Juice
Juices of many natural ingredients such as onion, garlic and ginger have been found very effective to control hair loss. Our ancestors have used them as did not had modern medicines or treatments.
You just need to extract the juice and rub it on your scalp with the fingertips. Leave it for 20 to 30 minutes and then wash your hair with shampoo as usual. You may also leave the juice on scalp for overnight for best result.
