You should always wear loose clothes light in colour and mostly cotton clothes. You should wear hats and use umbrellas. You should always apply sunscreens or other sun blocks before going out in the sun and use sunglass.

You should have orange juice because it has high vitamin C which will also help to keep your body cool and refreshed. You should always avoid coffee and alcohol as they cause dehydration. Instead you should have tea, especially green tea or any herbal tea as it will keep you relaxed and stress free.
Using Chinese skullcap will reduce the body temperature and will help the body to release heat thus preventing heat stroke. Elder flower mixed with peppermint leaf is also a great way to prevent heat stroke.
Cayenne pepper stimulates the sweat glands and lowers the body temperature. Take cayenne pepper powder, olive oil, methanol crystals and peppermint or rosemary oil.
At first add 4 tablespoon of cayenne pepper powder to 1 cup of olive oil. Heat them and mix them well, stir and then pour it into a clean jar and add methanol crystals while it is still warm. When cooled add peppermint oil and then have it.
